It's a shame that they buried it honestly. Since the coal region is (pretty much) dying, it was nice to see at least some tourists come to the area. Almost every weekend there would be lines of cars parked around the entrance to the highway, with most of the cars being out of state. The graffiti highway's end has not gone unmourned or uncontested:
